Terms of Service

Overview
By engaging the services of Homestead Painting PNW LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Services
Homestead Painting PNW LLC provides residential interior and exterior painting services for homeowners and local contractors across Vancouver, WA and Clark County. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic paints as our standard, and are happy to accommodate requests for alternative products based on customer preference.

Estimates
All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining 80% is due upon satisfactory completion of services
• Payment accepted via major credit and debit cards and business checks

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made prior to the day of scheduled service are 100% refundable, including the deposit
• Cancellations made on the day of scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit

Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability
Homestead Painting PNW LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, furniture, or property unless directly caused by negligence during service delivery.
